From mildly relaxed to
"I thought I was asleep"
You can be as relaxed as you wish.
This
radiolucency seen a few months B-4. Patient didn’t come back for a few months
for treatment. Upon removing the crown, there was nothing left. After the 1st
X-Ray, I thought internal resorption. We can’t get the patient to understand
the need for proper oral hygiene, diet control? Didn’t get it across to the
patient how necessary immediate treatment was?

treat the remaining tooth surface with TCA
(trichloroacetic acidHave a pharmacy make up a small amount of 95% trichloroacetic acid. A
little goes a long way. (thanks to D. Rosenberg for the info)
