This
radiolucency seen a few months B-4. Patient didn’t come back for a few months
for treatment. Upon removing the crown, there was nothing left. After the 1st
X-Ray, I thought internal resorption. We can’t get the patient to understand
the need for proper oral hygiene, diet control? Didn’t get it across to the
patient how necessary immediate treatment was?
