You can be as relaxed as you wish.

 

This patient has been seeing a periodontist and alternating 3 months with my office. I got tired of him telling the patient that he was watching this situation and did the surgery myself. I won't send any more patients to this periodontist. I don't even want to know what his excuse for leaving this was.  Sorry the photos aren't any better. They look great viewing through the microscope.  We are improving with a new camera soon.

A 10mm + pocket on the distal of 4 with 5-6mm on teeth 4-5-6. I cleaned the area, contoured the bone, placed synthetic bone and a membrane. 

wpe1D.jpg (18757 bytes) #27 had exudate and a pocket on the facial that was to the apex. It was part of a splinted bridge, so I removed the root and did GTR and treated 26 & 28 as above.
