A wonderful experience starts with the first telephone call you make to our office. We will listen to you to know how you want us to serve you. We will ask you questions so our first session together will go smoothly and assure you that we will meet your particular needs. Allowing us to have your e-mail address and other methods of contacting you enables us to contact you when you cannot be reached by phone. If you are having a particular concern or discomfort, please advise us so that we can customize your first appointment to meet your needs. A map to our office is on our Web Site, which can be printed..If you have dental insurance , we will enter your insurance data in the computer and will be more than happy to assist you in filing your claims.
Arriving to our office, one of our friendly team members who is assigned to you will greet you and escort you through your appointment. They will listen to you and explain everything to you. Any questions you have about the office or procedures will be happily answered. Your team member will be your personal contact for future appointments. They will be your concierge for your visit. She will review your information, medical and dental histories, and dental insurance. After this, you will have a personal interview with Dr. Danny O’Keefe , where he will listen and learn about your personal needs and understand the dental health care you desire. Dr. O’Keefe and your team member desire to know you as we feel it allows us to better care for your needs.
The Next step is the examination. Having you understand your present dental condition and choices for treatment is very important to us. Helping you understand your present dental status and options for treatment is a hugh part of our practice and our evaluations and examination are extremely thorough. We allow a great deal of time for listening to you and discussion your general health as well as your oral health. You will be involved in every step of the discovery, diagnosis, and treatment planning We utilize the latest technology such as Microscope, Tiny cameras, and digital radiography to enlarge the image of your teeth on large monitors so all of us can see as never before. Digital radiography reduces the radiation exposure about 95%.
Dr. O’Keefe will thoroughly examine your teeth, gums and other hard and soft tissues related to dentistry, including the TMJ and head and neck. Diagnostic impressions are taken to make models of your teeth and mouth to help plan your treatment. We also, take digital photographs of your face, profile, smile and teeth. We can provide you with a cosmetic enhancement at no additional charge so you can see the final results . Dr. O’Keefe will address concerns and questions. Then your team member will make your next consultation appointment. Between the exam and the consultation appointment, Dr O’Keefe will study your x-rays, charting, photographs, models and review your dental desires. Consultations with other dental professionals, professionals, and Lab may will take place if necessary. From this information , he will prepare a written report he believes will enableyou to achieve your goals. At your consultation appointment, Dr. O’Keefe will review the oral health report with you, and you will decide what options are best for you. There is no additional fee for the consultation. Financial arrangements which best meet your needs will be chosen by you, and we will then proceed to coordinate your appointments.
