| I am looking for a great lab for C&B and Removable, so if anyone can help, I would appreciate your feedback. I sent the following case to a lab that was recommended. I and my assistant talked with the lab owner and shared what we expected and what they could deliver. This is what I received.1 2 3 4 5 61. Pits in the Porcelain2. Dark inclusion in center with others that are not visible in this photo3. Lingual extension ( like a bevel )in metal past margin prepared with a Rounded end 1mm diamond. I did not prep a bevel.4. Impression5.. Die B-4 trimming6. Die after trimming,( margin is marked as if bevel ), and making crownThe lab charges for this crown were $330. Shipping was about $50. The lab owner told me that compared to someone like Glidewell, his technicians produced only 7-8 crowns/day compared to about 30 for the techs at Glidewell. His techs spent time in layering which was much better and other comments of quality.I know the photographs don't show everything like I see it in the microscope and I am going to get a better camera and learn to get better pictures. But, where I am right now, maybe we can discuss quality lab work. I pay normally $90-115 for crowns that look equal or better to this $380 crown. The color was Ok, but no different than the less expensive labs I am using. Contacts and occlusion were ok. But I get this with the present lab. I was looking for much more.Where
