Story of a fractured tooth:
This patient has been suffering with pain in the upper left quadrant for months. Brain scans, TMJ experts, etc., etc.
She presents today with an apparent vertical
fracture on the palatal surface of tooth #14 apical to the alloy. This
fracture is not visible any where else on the tooth. There is a 10mm probing
on the palatal surface in the fracture site.
I am sure the fracture was not evident on past
radiographs.
Can you see the fracture in this tooth that is causing so much sensitivity and pain?
