For your convenience, we will try to arrange your office visits for times that fit your schedule. For routine dental services, cleanings, or to set a time for a consultation for reconstructive or cosmetic dentistry, please use this form to request an appointment
Special Appointments:
If you want a time that fits your schedule, but not our regular hours. we can probably accommodate you. Planning with you, the Dr., Staff, and facilities, we will make this work for you.
There will be extra costs, but if this is not a limiting factor and your time and convenience demand it, we will serve your desires and needs.
